Beyond the Usual Hours: MediCard RAM Plaza & Centris Extends Clinic Hours

MediCard Philippines, Inc., a leading healthcare company and the health arm of the AIA Group, continues to seek ways to reach more members and non-members and provide them with options that help them prioritize their health needs.

MediCard RAM Plaza Clinic, located at the Ground Floor of RAM Plaza, 145 Dela Rosa corner Adelantado Streets, Legaspi Village, Makati City, and MediCard Centris Clinic, situated at Units D, E, F, and G, Cyber Pod Two, ETON Centris, EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, have extended their operating hours. Both clinics are open from 6:30AM to 9:00PM, Monday to Saturday, allowing patients more flexibility to schedule their consultations and medical check-ups.

“MediCard recognizes that health comes first, and health concerns can arise at any time. With the strategic locations of both clinics, MediCard members and non-members—particularly those who work or live nearby—can have peace of mind knowing that a MediCard Clinic is readily accessible, even during late hours, to meet their healthcare needs,” said MediCard CEO Julian Mengual.

Mengual added that the decision to extend the clinics’ operating hours is part of MediCard’s broader commitment to making healthcare conveniently available for Filipinos, helping them live healthier, longer, better lives. With the extended schedule, urgent care services are provided until 9:00PM, catering to a wide range of non-life-threatening medical concerns. Patients experiencing sudden illnesses such as fever, cough, colds, sore throat, mild asthma symptoms, headaches, mild allergic reactions, dizziness, or mild dehydration can opt to have themselves checked even in the evening.

Apart from the above-mentioned, minor injuries such as sprains, strains, or minor back pains, cuts and abrasions that require cleaning or dressing, minor burns, and animal bite evaluation (with rabies vaccination) may be assessed and treated during the clinics’ expanded service availability. The clinics also offer quick medical support services such as blood pressure monitoring, medication consultation, review of laboratory test results, and non-urgent follow-ups.

Both clinics welcome walk-in patients who are not currently members of MediCard, encouraging individuals to seek medical attention promptly without delay. For MediCard members, Letter of Authorization (LOA) is not required at any MediCard Free-Standing Clinics for select medical services.
